Working Time Solutions developed three separate shift pattern designs for maintenance teams at the Royal Halloway Campus of the University of London. WORK Suite Management and Time software modules were utilised to allow management to increase or decrease staff resourcing.

Implementing the new shift patterns removed the need for overtime as well as the need for 3rd party contractor or agency spend.
