The site operates 24 hours a day, 365 days per annum with a core continental shift pattern for five teams and has been using an annualised hours shift working for a considerable period of time.
The business had monitored this system through a number of different in-house reports and methods but realised the importance of introducing more robust systems to demonstrate compliance with working time regulations.
