Ineffective rostering is at the heart of the NHS' problems
Kevin White, Managing Director at Working Time Solutions recently wrote an article for the Health Service Journal in which he described how ineffective rostering lies at the heart of some of the most significant challenges facing the NHS.
Kevin commented that “the NHS must support a better work-life balance to tackle overworking and workplace stress. By making working patterns more predictable and appealing, it can address high attrition rates and the perceived unattractiveness of roles”.
